My wife and I stopped at the dealership to see what was available with the XT-4 model. They didn’t have any in stock but said that should have one come in soon. We sat down and negotiated back and forth as usually done. We finally came to an agreement with the help of the manager who was a great help. Within two weeks the car came in and now we are enjoying out new vehicle.

Had great service visit while vacationing last week from VA that we didn't expect. We first called the other Massey Cadillac store, but they couldn't check our vehicle until 7/30/2022. The gentleman suggested we call the South Orlando store. They told us to bring the Cadillac in on Friday morning. The vehicle was ready early Friday afternoon to our surprise. Very personable, and took care of his customer.. we’ve been Cadillac owners for 12 years (3 cars), and wouldn’t consider changing to another make simply because Of the service you receive from their service dept.

I have been a customer at Massey Cadillac South for two years, the service I received there is great, fast and efficient. My recent visit was for a oil change and general vehicle checkup. Discovered I needed service on my Fuel Injection System and Throttle Body System. Service was performed on these systems, and my Cadillac is running great.

I went Massey Cadillac in south Orlando, FL. I was hoping to just get a reset done to my Cadillac Cue. I was told by first rep that resets can not be done and that if I am out of warranty this can cost $1300. I was very disappointed at this news. I quickly remembered that I had pay for extended warranty when I purchased my Cadillac thru Carmax. I told that rep this but he just told me to call Carmax and confirm that the part was covered. Needed linkage replaced in gear shift but the parts had to be ordered, thus my car had to be kept overnight. Doug would give me a call the following day when ready for pickup. He called me 1st thing the next morning saying he got the parts in late in the afternoon & the mechanic stayed to do the work. So instead of another day without my car I went right up and got my car. I so appreciated Doug going the extra mile!

He's smart, personable, has a good sense of humor, and, most importantly, delivers the goods. I have been getting my car serviced since 2004 and no complaint. Last visit had appointment and got in and out sooner than expected. Matt Pelphrey is great to work with. He is always pleasant and understands my needs and explains any service that needs to be done. Great job!

The reason I have leased my Cadillacs from this dealership is because of the service dept. I drive up for my appt and I am greeted by the service tech who uses my name without me telling him and gets my car serviced right away while I wait. That's how Cadillac owners should be treated!

We were leaving town in advance of Irma when a transmission alert popped up. We immediately drove to the service department with high hopes of a repair, but very concerned that they would be booked and not able to take care of the problem quickly. The service manager took immediate action to get the vehicle in for repair and within 2 hours we were back on the road. I cannot say enough good things about their courtesy and rapid response......with service like this we will rethink the dealer we use for future Cadillac purchases. Thanks for all the great work.

My amazing husband surprised me for my birthday with the purchase of a new 2017 CTS-V! My little sister and I flew to Orlando to finalize the paperwork and take delivery. I usually receive prompt and efficient service at this dealership. I also expect that when I have a scheduled appointment. At my last visit, however, I had an unexpected problem on a Sunday evening, so was unable to schedule service. When I brought my vehicle in on Monday morning, I experienced the same great level of service that I always do. Service is a bit pricey now that my warranty has expired, but I can't complain.

My car was towed to Massey after hours. When I called the next morning, I was told they might not be able to get to my car until the following day. As it turned out, my car was repaired and ready for pickup at approx. 2:00 p.m. I was thrilled for the speedy service. When I walked into the dealership even the paperwork was ready for my signature. CTS broke down at Disney, I'm from Tampa... so On Star would only tow it to the nearest Dealership. My extended warranty (protect my car) was garbage and stuck me with an $1800.00 bill... but the Service Manager Doug Smith fought them hard on my behalf. We lost, but I truly feel the Service team bent over backwards for me. Their courtesy loaner was an immaculate ATX, got me thinking I'll need another Caddy in the near future... I can't thank the guys enough. Only critique offering financing for bills over $1500.00 would be nice.

I had to utilize Roadside Assistance last Friday, and found it to be THE BEST !! It was coordinated by Jake at Massey and Nelson who came to the house and replaced my battery.
