My name is Billy Waddle and I?m the fixed operations director at Massey Cadillac of South Orlando. I like to introduce you to our Service Department and to myself.

I started at Braun Cadillac in 1985 as a stock person and delivery driver for the Parts Department. A lot has changed for me since then except my commitment to making sure every customer that I come in contact with leaves happy.
