Mr. Hull, I'm writing to you to let you know of the outstanding service I received from the service dept at your store on O.B.T. This past Saturday, 3-26, I came in about 9:30 a.m. without an appointment. I only anticipated being there a few minutes as I only needed to replace a fuse for my cigarette lighter. Bojan Lucic came out and greeted me and actually showed me where the fuse was located and replaced it himself. All done. Bojan then got in my car to start it up and to make sure the cigarette lighter was now getting power. Upon turning the key, all we heard was click, click, click. The battery was dead. My Escalade is a 2007 and still had the original battery. Bojan told me that was about the life span of a battery. I just happened to be lucky in that it died while I was at the dealership. Bojan went to get a battery charger to try to jump it. He connected it and it still wouldn't start. I was unprepared at the time and had no idea my battery was about to die. I had my Black Lab in the back of the truck as we were on our way to the beach. Even though i didnt have an appt, Bojan and the the rest of his staff immediately got to work on replacing my battery. Mike Plum took no time to get the old battery out and put the new one in and had me on my way on no time. He was also very professional and courteous and another staff member even brought my dog a bowl of water while they worked on the car. Billy Waddle has put together a great service staff that is very professional and knowledgeable. They put the customers needs first and make sure that every customer has a great experience while they're  there. I've purchase a few cars there and ive always had a great experience from Billy, Bojan and the rest of the service staff when I've needed any type of service, whether its an oil change or something else. I just wanted to share with you my recent experience and to tell u what a great job everyone in service did and does. Thank you.
